    Responsibilities

    INCATech is searching for a Project Manager to support multiple projects at the Suffolk County Department of Information Technology. The Project Manager is:

    • Accountable for creating and managing a comprehensive Master Project Management Plan with subordinate Risk Management Plan, Human Resources Plan, Communications Plan and Quality Plan for each project.
    • Accountable for achieving approved schedule and budget and works with sponsors and stakeholders on any changes (scope changes).
    • Accountable for ensuring quality and timely delivery for all project deliverables.
    • Continually responsible for identifying, prioritizing and mitigating project risks and issues. Also for maintaining strategic alignment of deliverables and reviewing with management decision makers.
    • Responsible for identifying and governing change and process management considerations critical to the success of the project.
    • Responsible for performing project team management, driving motivation, collaboration and performance.
    • Responsible for providing an environment conducive to mentoring, coaching and training.
    • Responsible for defining and driving "rightsized" project management processes, leveraging the Suffolk County standards and best practice SDLC Project Methodology.
    • Accountable for Track short-term project metrics such as schedule variances and user satisfaction to drive improvement.
    • Accountable for developing detailed use cases to support user acceptance testing.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 7 years of experience working with enterprise application implementations in a project Manager role. Personnel should have experience in agile development methodologies including Scrum. Personnel are expected to be dedicated to this effort and work on site for the duration of the performance period

    Knowledge of the following is big plus:

    • Accela License and Case Management
    • Equivant JWorks Court Case Management system
    • (CRM) technology platforms
    • Shared Services Portal
